28th June 2014 – Wedding Magician performing in Tyne and Wear
Today was a bit of a long drive, but it was to a really fun wedding. I was booked to perform as a wedding magician at the Ravensworth Arms in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. It’s not an area I’ve been to before, so I was looking forward to the trip!
It was another Alice in Wonderland themed event (they seem to be everywhere at the moment, which I didn’t mind because themed events are usually great, as all the guests are aware of the theme and expecting some fun!
What I didn’t know was that I was also to be part of the treasure hunt for each table. Aside from various items they had to find and collect, they also had to have a photo taken with a magician, and, seeing as I appeared to be the only magician present, I had to say “CHEESE” quite a lot.
I also got chance to perform a special magic trick for the bride and groom, something that is becoming a rarity as of late (they always seem to be far too busy, doing other things).
If you’re getting married and are wondering if a magician would be the right kind of entertainment for you, why not head over to my Guide to booking a wedding magician page, to see if it gives you any ideas?
